LAUGH YOUR LARD OFF

Laughing can increase you heart rate by 10% to 20%, which means you can burn an extra 10 to 40 calories a day. Over a year that can add up to a four-pound weight loss.

With that in mind, consider putting together a listener event at a local comedy club called, “Laugh Your Lard Off” or if your audience is open to a little more edge, “Laugh Your Ass Off”.  Encourage listeners to attend to help accelerate their weight loss process though a full night’s laughter.  It might even be fun to weigh a few people before and after the event to test the theory that laughter helps you lose weight.
