When you have to pay taxes it can make you downright angry. Some taxes just don’t seem fair. I mean shouldn’t it be worth something that you’re a nice, self aware person who always tries to do the right thing? Why should you have to pay the same amount of money as some self absorbed jerk? Why isn’t there a good guy credit and some kind additional taxes for the not-nice people?

There are just some things that human beings do that make you want to exact a pound of flesh from them, a tax as it were. For example, why does someone driving the same speed as the person in the right lane think they have the right to block both lanes? There should be a tax for that. How about when you’ve stood in line at a store and you’re finally being checked out and someone steps around the line to ask the checker a long-winded question? That’s just wrong and if you do it I want money from you!

The idea here is that people who do things to annoy and inconvenience others actually take something from the people they annoy and inconvenience. Annoyers take time, patience and peace of mind from the annoyees. In a fairer world the annoyer would pay a tax to the annoyee in exchange for taking those precious items.
