A CUP OF TEA PREVENTS NIGHTMARES

If you are prone to having sleep disturbing nightmares drinking a cup of tea before bed could help.  Men who drank tea before bed were 50% less likely to have bad dreams, according to a recent study by the Nihon University School of Medicine in Japan.  The active ingredient in tea is an amino acid called theanine which has been found to have a calming effect.  But if you suffer from insomnia go for green over black tea – it has less caffeine.
