YOU KNOW YOUR KID’S A NERD WHEN

We all want our kids to be cool and well adjusted. Nobody wants to see their child be the school nerd, but unfortunately, there have always been, and always will be, kids who are designated as the school nerd.

With that in mind, consider the topic, “Your Kid Might Be A Nerd If….” Here are a few examples:

You know your kid might be a nerd if:

1. He is completely free of tan lines.

2. When he hears someone say ‘organized sports’ he thinks ‘LAN party’.

3. He asks you if he can take tuba lessons.

4. He thinks camping in the woods, without electricity, or wireless access is his idea of a nightmare not a vacation.

5. He considers being called a ‘nerd’ a compliment.

Add some of your own nerd signs to this list and then open up the phones to get other suggestions from your listeners. Compile a list of the top five to use as resolution to this topic.
