Lorna is President of Ozmon Media, Inc., a radio air personality development company founded in 1990.

Lorna Ozmon is one of America’s leading radio air personality development specialists.  Her varied blend of experience as a stage performer and director, air personality, program director and, general manager have provided her with a unique set of air talent coaching skills.  Lorna has a BA in theater arts with emphasis on theatrical direction.  She has extensive experience in all of the fundamentals of on-air performance, acting, comedy, improvisational theater and screenwriting.

Lorna was also an on-air personality in Chicago for 10 years before making the transition to radio programming.  She was the program director for radio stations in Baltimore, Chicago, Detroit, and Boston, where she eventually rose to the position of General Manager.  Currently, Lorna works as radio air personality coach and trainer working with radio stations in all formats in both commercial and public radio.

Lorna has coached some of the most well known personalities in America including Danny Bonaduce, Ron Reagan, Jr., John Records Landecker, Lex and Terry, Dick Purtan, Big Boy, NPR’s Michelle Martin, Fitz in the Morning, Isaac Hayes, and John Tesh.
