USING TRAYS CAN MAKE YOU ORDER TOO MUCH FOOD

Consider skipping the tray next time you’re at a cafeteria.  Several schools, including University of Massachusetts Amherst, Georgetown University, Johns Hopkins University and James Madison University have banned trays from dining halls after a study revealed that students waste 25% to 30% less food when they are forced to carry their plates by hand.
